How can I return my order?

We will accept returns on items purchased through our website within 14 days of receipt of purchase in NEW condition. After 14 days and keeping in mind prior arrangements with management we may allow exchanges subject to availability. We cannot accept returns on items purchased from other locations. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. If you wish to make a return, please e-mail customerservice@lindavs.nl first or add a note to your package when you return it.

My bag is broken, what should I do?

Our bags are built to last. However, should something break during normal use, please send us an email at customerservice@lindavs.nl and include a few photos of the issue so we can respond swiftly.

 

My bag had a scratch or spot on it when it arrived, what should I do?

Our bags are made of leather that is tanned using natural, organic solutions and coloured by the sun. The unsealed leather actually allows scratches to accumulate, while the gentle tanning solutions allow natural marks in the hide to show. We consider any visible scratch or mark to be beautiful, completely natural and above all unique.

 

The colour of my bag doesn't match the colour on your website.

The photos we show on our website are intended to match the product as closely as possible, so you know exactly what to expect from your Sunny Side Up product. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that the colour you see on your screen is exactly what you will end up receiving.

Please contact us if you are not happy with the colour of your Sunny Side Up product. We will do our very best to advise you on whether you should exchange or return your product.

 

How can I get a replacement part for my bag?

Should a strap or button require replacement, please contact us at customerservice@lindavs.nl and mention the approximate date (month + year) of purchase. If possible, please add a photo.
